Do tenants pay anything?

No. Kazoku is free for tenants, always. They can even manage multiple residential and commercial leases from one dashboard.

Are there any upfront fees?

No. Setup for every new property happens on a free video call with our team. We offer extra services, like professional photography or getting your property featured, but every one of them is opt-in. You are never charged for anything you did not ask for.

What is the difference between Basic and Business?

Nothing, feature wise. Business exists for agencies and large portfolios: pricing that works at scale, plus more team members with role based access control.

What about payment transaction charges?

Transaction fees from payment providers, M-Pesa included, are passed through at cost. We do not mark them up.
